Return and Exchange Policy

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged, stained, defected, wrong or incomplete. The product/s must be unused in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
• The product received does not match the size ordered.
• In case you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any claims also not received from carrier.
• Provide all the required information to our representative, and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.
• Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
• If you are unsatisfied with the size, you purchased and would like to receive a different size, you can email us support@themahnoorstore.com
• Due to differences in colour monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
• The policies listed above are applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan.
• Please be advised that inner-wear products are non-returnable/exchangeable due to the nature of the products and to maintain hygiene standards.

DELIVERY TIME

• The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
• You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
• Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
• During sale period, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered to your own address. The Mahnoor Store will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery at the self-pickup point, such as any courier office.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping charges of Flat Rs.250 will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan.
